Descriptive references

References to the “Migos AI” or “Hotel Lobby AI” trend are descriptive, nominative references to a widely used social-media format. They identify a style of video, not a commercial connection. A trend reference is not a license to use a name, likeness, or work for an otherwise unauthorized purpose.

Original generation, not copied works

We do not use, reproduce, or distribute any recording, footage, artwork, logo, vocal performance, or copyrighted work belonging to any artist or rights holder. Every video is generated fresh from the photos you upload. We do not use artist logos, album covers, original audiovisual material, or cloned artist voices. Users must have permission for the photos, depicted people, and other source material they submit.

Rights-holder reporting channel

If you are a rights holder and believe content on this service infringes your rights, contact support@migosvideo.org. We acknowledge reports within five business days. Include the content location, the right or work involved, the basis for your claim, and an address where we can reply. See Report content. Reports are reviewed; acknowledgement does not itself determine the merits of a claim.

Terms and attribution

Use is governed by our terms and acceptable use policy. The site's ShipAny attribution credits the software foundation, not an affiliation with the artists.
