AI Acceptable Use Policy

Adults and permission

You must be 18 or older. Any real person depicted, including a public figure, must be an adult whose image you have permission to use. By generating, you confirm you have permission to use both photos. This applies even to photographs found online. For pets, illustrations, and fictional characters, you must also have the rights needed to use the source material.

Prohibited uses

No pornographic, nude, or sexual content. No sexualization or exploitation of minors. No nonconsensual impersonation, deceptive identity claims, misleading endorsements, harassment, threats, hate, or unlawful violence. Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, infringement, or attempts to evade safety checks.

Do not submit artist recordings, original broadcast footage, album art, artist logos, or cloned voices as if you had a license. Our template creates a fresh performance; it is not a license to distribute someone else's copyrighted work.

Label synthetic media

If your video realistically shows someone doing something they did not do, disclose it as AI-generated on the platform where you post it. Follow that platform's labeling requirements, including labels for realistic AI content on TikTok. Do not present a generated performance as an actual event, verified likeness, or artist endorsement.

Results and enforcement

AI may blend facial details. A verified likeness match is not guaranteed. Repeated rejected submissions may temporarily pause generation. We may restrict abusive access and review reports. Confirmed failed work releases its reserved credits; success, dissatisfaction, and purchases are handled under the refund policy, not an automatic preference-based refund.

Report a concern

Send safety, unauthorized likeness, or rights concerns to support@migosvideo.org using the details on Report content. Reports are acknowledged within five business days. Include only information necessary to locate and assess the issue.
