The service and your account

MigosVideo offers an AI two-photo video generator. You must be at least 18 years old, use accurate account details, keep access credentials secure, and follow these terms and the acceptable use policy. Accounts are required for uploads, generation, and private history. Do not bypass access controls or spend another person's credits.

Permission to use both photos

By generating, you confirm you have permission to use both photos. Any real person depicted, including a public figure, must be an adult whose image you have permission to use. Nonconsensual impersonation and misleading endorsements are not allowed. You retain the rights you have in your inputs and authorize the processing necessary to upload, generate, store, deliver, and delete the requested result. Uploading does not transfer ownership to us.

No pornographic, nude, or sexual content is allowed. Do not submit child-unsafe, exploitative, hateful, abusive, unlawful, or infringing material. Repeated rejected submissions may temporarily pause generation. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.

Synthetic output, not a likeness guarantee

AI may blend facial details between the two subjects. A verified likeness match is not guaranteed. Results can contain drift, motion artifacts, or errors. Failed or unsatisfactory generations are handled under the refund policy; a successful output that you dislike is not automatically treated as a technical failure.

If a video realistically shows someone doing something they did not do, disclose it as AI-generated on the platform where you post it and follow that platform's current labeling rules. Do not imply an endorsement, real performance, or verified identity. You are responsible for having the necessary rights before publishing or commercially using an output; we do not guarantee that all output is suitable for every use.

Credits and generation

The three one-time packs are 300 credits for $9.90, 1,200 for $34.99, and 2,700 for $69.99 in USD. Purchased credits do not automatically expire. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. At 720p, 5/10/15 seconds cost 50/100/150 credits; at 1080p, they cost 70/140/210. Aspect ratio does not change this cost.

Credits are reserved at submission. A successfully stored, available video is charged once. Confirmed failure, cancellation, or the six-hour hard deadline releases the reservation. Delayed or unresolved work remains reserved until resolved or the deadline. Deleting a completed video does not reverse the charge. At most three unfinished sessions may run at once. Provider or network conditions may cause failures or delays; delivery time is not guaranteed.

Unused credit purchases may be submitted for manual refund review by contacting support within 14 days. Before review, credit consumption must be disabled, and outstanding reservations must be resolved or cancelled before an approved refund. Applicable law takes priority. See the full refund policy.

Storage, expiry, and deletion

Used input photos expire 24 hours after a successful result, confirmed failure, or the six-hour hard deadline. Cancellation or deletion expires inputs immediately. Expired inputs stop being accessible; physical removal follows in the hourly cleanup job. With normal scheduling, removal is usually completed within about 25 hours of completion. Cleanup failures are retried and alerted; we do not promise physical deletion within 24 hours.

Unused uploads expire 24 hours after upload. They cannot be submitted after expiry and are removed by hourly cleanup. Finished videos remain private in your account until you delete them. Deleting a session immediately revokes media access; physical deletion of its inputs and video is asynchronous. Late provider results cannot restore a deleted session.

Session metadata is retained for 30 days after deletion or a terminal outcome without a finished video, then unnecessary information is removed by hourly cleanup. Necessary financial records and minimal billing associations are retained for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations; deleting a session does not delete those records. We do not keep input photos as permanent history thumbnails.

Independent service and third-party rights

We are not affiliated with Migos, their members, their label, or A COLORS SHOW. Descriptive trend references are not endorsement claims. Do not use artist logos, copyrighted recordings, original footage, album artwork, or cloned voices without authorization. Read Trademarks & Third-Party Notices.

Availability, changes, and mandatory rights

Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We may suspend misuse and update these terms, with the updated version shown here. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
