What we process and why

MigosVideo processes account details and authentication sessions to sign you in; two uploaded photos and your generation choices to produce a video; private output and session status to show your history; and purchase, credit, and reservation records to administer billing. Technical logs support reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for generation.

Service providers and access

Photos are sent to APIMart and the configured video-model provider to fulfill your request. Cloudflare provides hosting, private object storage, and service email. Waffo processes payments; payment credentials are handled by the payment service rather than exposed in the generator. Providers may process data in countries other than your own under their service terms.

Media is served through authenticated, account-owned endpoints, not public storage links. Your uploads are used to fulfill your requested generation, not automatically published as examples or used by us to train a model. Provider processing is subject to that provider's terms; this is not a claim about every provider's independent practices. Never assume an AI output is an exact reproduction of a face.

Storage, expiry, and deletion

Used input photos expire 24 hours after a successful result, confirmed failure, or the six-hour hard deadline. Cancellation or deletion expires inputs immediately. Expired inputs stop being accessible; physical removal follows in the hourly cleanup job. With normal scheduling, removal is usually completed within about 25 hours of completion. Cleanup failures are retried and alerted; we do not promise physical deletion within 24 hours.

Unused uploads expire 24 hours after upload. They cannot be submitted after expiry and are removed by hourly cleanup. Finished videos remain private in your account until you delete them. Deleting a session immediately revokes media access; physical deletion of its inputs and video is asynchronous. Late provider results cannot restore a deleted session.

Session metadata is retained for 30 days after deletion or a terminal outcome without a finished video, then unnecessary information is removed by hourly cleanup. Necessary financial records and minimal billing associations are retained for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations; deleting a session does not delete those records. We do not keep input photos as permanent history thumbnails.

Cookies and optional analytics

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Preference storage supports language and theme choices. If analytics is enabled, it is used to understand service usage; private photos, private media keys, and provider secrets must not be included in analytics events. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

Your choices and requests

Delete sessions from My videos to revoke access and schedule physical removal. For account-data access, correction, deletion, privacy questions, or other rights available under applicable law, contact support@migosvideo.org. We may need to verify account ownership. Necessary financial or security records may remain where required. You are responsible for obtaining permission from every real person depicted; the service is for adults.
